Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payments can be made via check, Zelle, and PayPal.
Payments made via Venmo will incur at 1.9% + $.10 convenience fee
NET TERMS 15 Days from Invoice Date.
(Past due invoices will be subject to a FINANCE CHARGE of 1.5%/month.)
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will incur a $45.00 fee.
This policy aims to ensure the smooth operation of our scheduling system and to better accommodate the needs of all our clients. Unforeseen circumstances and genuine emergencies will be considered.
